Lead and manage a team responsible for the end-to-end project and order lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Hitachi Energy’s products and services to customers. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, contributing to profitable growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering team development.
We seek for '’Project & Order Management Team Leader’’ who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy – Turkiye PGSV Service, Dudullu/Istanbul location.
How you will make an impact:
Supporting Sales & Tendering departments for the sales of Service (local & export markets) and establishes effective business relations with sales executives, management and technical team members,
Searching new alternative Forwarders with better service & price and follow-up outbound delivery with logistics providers; transportation and customs clearance agencies,
All Order Management processes of Service (oversee and manage daily operations of the Project & Order Management team, including order processing, project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
Develop, implement, and refine processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in project and order management. Act as a primary point of escalation for complex project and order-related issues, resolving challenges effectively and proactively.
Lead, mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional development and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and order fulfillment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering) would be considered a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project & order management preferably in Service (transformers, HV products, switchgear).
Proficiency in both written and verbal Turkish and English language.
Knowledge in MS Office programs and SAP modules.
Team-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused and results-driven.
Experience in foreign trade, service operations, and spare parts management is a plus.
