Mission Statement:
Project execution manager oversee project management activity done by project managers in the organization.
Project management includes tasks from order received to the commissioning of the transformer. Project managers coordinate the design, manufacturing and commission phase of the project, directing and coordinating activities ensuring that the project is complete on schedule and within budget. Project execution manager is responsible for all these actions. Project execution manager is also involved with the contractual bidding of projects.
Main Accountabilities and Duties:
Responsible for project execution after receipt order with management of project managers with good communication with counterpart of factory project managers.
Control overall projects’ specification and delivery of materials purchased in Japan and connect with factory side in order to deliver them in timely for assembling in the factory.
Manage transport with good collaboration with logistics specialist in order to achieve safe and timely delivery of transformer from factory to the job site.
Collaborate with Hitachi Ltd installation department and control site works which is remaining in Japan portion. Need good arrangement of installation schedule and supervisor dispatchment.
Responsible for project cost which is monitored by project managers using SAP system and report to LPG manager and finance manager in HE-J organization, from starting and up to final closure of project.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
Educational Background: at minimum, bachelor’s degree of engineering or science, or equivalent.
Required years of experience: minimum 5 years of experiences in power transformer products
Skill to control project manager members and their daily management tasks
Time management, presentation and planning skills
Ability to learn and work in new environment
Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Strong in collaborative and communication skills
Language: Strong Japanese and advanced English communication
