GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Network Director is a highly experienced and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who serves as a clinical leader and direct patient care provider. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Director will expertly deliver comprehensive anesthesia services within the scope of practice, collaboratively support the Chair and Vice President in all operational components for Anesthesia and lead efforts in recruiting, retention and education of the Network’s CRNAs, techs and aides. As a key member of the anesthesia leadership team, the Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Director will not only ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality outcomes through exemplary clinical practice but also leverage their extensive experience to guide and mentor other Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
