JOB SUMMARY
*If you live within a 50 mile radius of Pittsburgh PA office this will be a hybrid role requiring in office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
This job supports the portfolio and change management aspects of key initiatives for the AI Center of Excellence. The incumbent plays different potential roles on a given to support the department, to include elements of analyzing voice of the customer data for our AI ecosystem, problem-solving, informing future feature releases in our platforms, executive communications, database management, and portfolio management. The incumbent plays a supporting role in the development and execution of the change management/readiness & adoption strategy for given initiatives. Works on multiple projects and will get exposure to all parts of the Organization while standing up a database for our portfolio of AI use cases. Supports and implements the Readiness & Adoption engagement strategy for cross-functional, enterprise, and transformation projects. Ensures seamless execution of R&A related activities across the organization by applying methodologies, tools, assessments and stakeholder analyses. Works with cross functional teams throughout the organization to implement change initiatives to support broad adoption efforts. The incumbent focus on people-related tasks, enabling teams to launch key initiatives successfully, adopt it widely and realize business value.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement Planning and Execution
Support the development and execute comprehensive readiness and adoption plans for assigned transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and user engagement. This includes identifying potential challenges, developing communication strategies, and providing ongoing support to end users.
Champion a culture of change, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that embraces new technologies and processes. This includes facilitating workshops, promoting open communication, and addressing concerns.
Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders regarding readiness and adoption needs, ensuring that initiatives are designed and implemented with user needs in mind.
Design and deliver training programs for end users on new technologies and processes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Monitor and track the adoption of new technologies and processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to the Strategy and Change team.
Assist in developing and overseeing the execution of the strategic initiatives. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.
Effectively communicate strategic plans, project updates, and key insights to various audiences, including senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders.
Consulting
Inform business leaders on the value proposition for R&A.
Facilitate R&A workshops and training for change-related teams/business support needs.
Consult with business on R&A needs specific to projects they are leading.
Assess the need and plan for change management and readiness activities.
Supporting Methodology
Continuously improve R&A approach, tools and resources as growing capabilities to effectively lead change and providing change support on related projects where needed.
Develop and curate content for online self-services. Plan and develop events, such as networking and training sessions.

EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree
Preferred
Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management or Human Resources Management
