About The Team:

As the Team Lead, Int'l Supplier FSQA - PHF Processed, you will join a lean, fast-paced cross-functional international team responsible for managing our International Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) team. The International FSQA team is based across the EU where HelloFresh is active. As part of your responsibilities as Team Lead, Int'l Supplier FSQA - PHF Processed & Factor you’ll collaboratively work to mitigate risk, drive standards and operational excellence, while ensuring the consumer gets safe and high quality ingredients.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coach and develop teams across multiple markets, including performance goal setting and structured personal development planning
• Partner with International Procurement and key stakeholders to ensure supplier selection meets food safety, quality, ethical and cultural standards
• Own and further develop the international supplier approval process, including onboarding, risk allocation and audit standards to reduce supply chain risk
• Collaborate with International Development teams to identify and mitigate food safety and quality risks early in strategic projects
• Develop, implement and roll out food safety and quality procedures and standards across international markets
• Drive systems development for supplier management, specifications and culinary processes in close alignment with Operations and Distribution Centers
• Monitor and analyse international quality data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities across multiple countries
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, foster best practice sharing, manage stakeholder relationships, and act as a role model for HelloFresh values and compliance culture

 

Who You Are:

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance (FSQA) or Supplier Quality Management in an international environment
• Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to coach, develop and motivate teams across markets
• Strong expertise in food safety standards, audit processes, supplier approval systems and risk management methodologies
• Experience working in cross-functional, international environments (e.g. Procurement, Operations, Development) and managing stakeholder relationships
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate quality and food safety risks across complex, multi-country supply chains
• Experience in developing, implementing and scaling processes, standards and systems across multiple regions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
