With eight design studios worldwide, chances are you've encountered our work. We specialise in architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and urban design. Our diverse, multi-disciplinary team brings together a wealth of skills and perspectives that unlock the economic, social, and cultural potential of projects.
Across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and urban design, our studios work together to create thoughtful, human-centred environments that respond to the changing way people live, work and connect.
We connect insight and creativity, creating a better future by designing the world’s best places – places people love, is what drives us.
We’re interested in connecting with Workplace Change specialists who bring a people-first lens to workplace transformation — helping organisations move through change with clarity, confidence and impact.
We’re opening an Expression of Interest to meet experienced professionals across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane who are passionate about the human side of workplace design and are interested in future opportunities with our team.

This role sits at the intersection of design, culture and organisational change.
You’ll lead engagement with stakeholders, shape change strategies, facilitate workshops and build the communication and adoption plans that help people transition into new environments successfully.
