Key Account Manager*in - Hämatologie (m/w/d)

Als Key Account Manager*in sind Sie zuständig für wissenschaftliche und sachkundige Betreuung und Beratung der Meinungsbildner, Kliniken und Praxen in der Hämatologie. Sie führen in regelmäßigen Abständen Kunden-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um ein effizientes Gebietsmanagement sicherzustellen.

Gebiet: Stuttgart, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Aschaffenburg, Würzburg

Hauptaufgaben

• Verkauf durch patientenorientierte medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Beratung zum angemessenen Einsatz von Produkten in der Hämato-/Onkologie Innerhalb der zugelassenen Indikationen
• Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung für die betreuten Produkte im Gebiet
• Bedarfsorientiertes Key Account-/Gebietsmanagement unter Berücksichtigung interner Standards und Systeme sowie unter aktiver Einbeziehung aller relevanten internen Schnittstellenpartner
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen zur Fortbildung von Ärzten, Pflege- oder Praxispersonal sowie sonstiger relevanter Zielgruppen inklusive eigener Tätigkeit als Referent oder Moderator vor Kundengruppen
• Unterstützung der Vernetzung von Kunden im Sinne integrierter, sektorenübergreifender Versorgung auf Basis sorgfältiger Situationsanalyse und Klärung gemeinsamer Interessen und Motive
• Durchführung von Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten (z.B. Betreuung von Kliniken, Qualitätszirkeln, lokalen oder regionalen Netzwerken) im vorgenannten Kontext

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Qualifikation nach § 75 AMG oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Bereich Onkologie und/oder vergleichbarer Spezialprodukte in Praxis und Klinik
• Fähigkeit zur Projekt-orientierten Arbeitsweise (Planung, Umsetzung, Monitoring, Koordination komplexer Account-Pläne)
• Erfahrung mit Multi Channel-Betreuung von Kunden bzw. Bereitschaft zum und Spaß am kontinuierlichen Einsatz digitaler Medien/Kanäle sowohl in der internen Kooperation als auch vor allem ergänzend zum persönlichen Dialog im Kundenkontext (Omnichannel)
• Prozessabläufen im KH, Patientenpfaden und Versorgungsmodellen
• Kenntnisse über Warenströme und Entscheidungswege in der Klinik und Kundennetzwerken (z.B. AMK, Arzneimittellistung, Konditionsrahmen/-verhandlung)
• Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit und Übernachtungen im Rahmen der Tätigkeit im Gebiet
• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
