You will support HR operations for GSK, handling employee lifecycle transactions and everyday HR queries. You will work with local and global teams to keep people’s data accurate and processes running smoothly. We value attention to detail, empathy, and a practical problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in HR systems, (example: hires, promotions, transfers and leavers, and others)
- Act as first point of contact for employee and manager queries via the channels that have GSK. Provide clear, timely guidance and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and position data to support payroll, reporting and compliance.
- Create and update knowledge articles and documentation to help simplify processes and improve service.
- Support continuous improvement activities and help implement standardized, repeatable solutions.

Work arrangement: This role is hybrid. You will be regularly present in our Poznan office and have agreed flexible remote working with your local team.
This role supports a globally distributed team. Some flexibility in working hours is expected to accommodate collaboration across time zones.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 0 to 3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR data management, shared services, or transactional HR support.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
-Excel intermediate level
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

- A continuous improvement mindset and practical experience suggesting or implementing process changes.
- Practical experience with HR systems. Workday and or Service now
