Position Summary
You will lead supply chain performance reporting and insights that influence senior decision-making. You will partner with global supply chain leaders, process owners and tech teams to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. - Design, deliver and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards for senior supply chain leaders.
- Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Translate data into clear recommendations that help reduce working capital, shorten lead times and improve operational performance.
- Lead adoption of analytics and automation tools, promoting self-service capabilities across supply chain teams.
- Act as business owner for supply chain KPIs and reporting tools, ensuring definitions, documentation and governance are maintained.
- Support change management and capability building through training, stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with global supply chain leaders and process owners to shape analytics priorities.
- Ensure data quality, validation and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
- Create visualisations and summaries that communicate insights simply for non-technical audiences.
- Supervise third-party resources and manage delivery of analytics services when required.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and move reporting from descriptive to predictive insights.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to deliver advanced analytics solutions supporting end-to-end supply chain resilience.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in supply chain analytics, performance management or supply chain operations.
- Strong experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to analyse complex data, build actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of supply chain metrics and processes, such as inventory, lead time and on-time performance.
- Clear communication skills and experience translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience with SQL and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience in a global or matrix organisation supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
- Background in process improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience implementing or supporting analytics automation and self-service reporting.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms or cloud environments (for example Microsoft Azure).
- Prior experience managing vendors or third-party analytics resources.
Working Pattern
This position is hybrid based in India. You will be expected to work on-site for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement, with flexibility for remote work as agreed with your manager.
