Formation requise : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Master en alternance en Gestion de Production dans un établissement d’enseignement belge.
Langue : Vous parlez Français (une base en anglais est un plus)
Début souhaité : Octobre / Novembre 2026
Requis : Le stage doit être obligatoire et effectué dans le cadre d’un cursus scolaire. La convention de stage doit être signée par trois parties : GSK, l’étudiant et l’université. Vous suivez actuellement une formation en alternance dans un établissement d’enseignement belge.

Assurer l’alignement des standards GPS (GSK Production System) avec les initiatives stratégiques du département.
Former et coacher les membres de l’équipe aux Standards GPS Standards.
Revue de la progression de maturité GPS dans le département et proposer de nouvelles étapes dans la Maturity Roadmap pour améliorer l’impact business.
Assister les équipes à la mise en place des outils de suivi de performance.
Fournir du feedback aux équipes pour continuer à améliorer le comportement et le way-of-working GPS.
Jouer le “role modèle” pour les comportements, culture, et Way-of-Working GPS pour atteindre nos objectifs en Sécurité, Qualité, Supply, Coût et People.
Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel, PowerBI, PowerApp.
Compétences solides en gestion de projet, avec une capacité démontrée à structurer, planifier et prioriser les activités.
Connaissances en Lean Six Sigma et intérêt marqué pour les démarches d’amélioration continue.
Aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution.
