Position Summary
You will lead a defined area in India to deliver business plans, grow your team, and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. - Create and deliver an area business plan that aligns with local strategy and delivers measurable results.
- Lead, coach and develop field team members to improve skills, performance and professional standards.
- Ensure high-quality scientific engagement and professional service for healthcare customers and institutions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical and academic leaders to support local educational activities.
- Monitor local market dynamics and customer needs, using insights to recommend practical improvements.
- Ensure all activities follow company policies, ethical standards and Indian regulations.

Work arrangement
This is a field-based, on-site role with regular travel across the assigned area. Some administrative tasks may be completed remotely when agreed with your manager.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales. Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Demonstrated people management, coaching or team development experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to plan territory activities and use CRM or digital tools to track performance.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience engaging healthcare professionals in scientific or academic settings.
- Clear understanding of the Indian healthcare system and local clinical practice.
- Experience building and executing area-level business plans and delivering results.
- Ability to use data to form insights and drive team performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments.
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language relevant to the territory.
