GSK is seeking a highly qualified Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Finance Team within the Close & Control Hub in Poznan. As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including finance directors and cross-functional teams. By providing accurate and timely financial reporting, you will play a critical role in influencing key decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Regional Finance Director and Regional Controller on month-end closings for Above Country markets to understand key business drivers and performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Support the Regional Finance Director and senior stakeholders in managing cost centers.
Prepare and review journals, financial analyses, and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting in line with IFRS guidelines.
Support analytical reviews of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
Support regional internal controls, including data collection, consolidation, and documentation.
Monitor and review close activities performed by the Centre of Excellence (outsourced service provider).
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree or professional qualification in Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent work experience.
2 years of experience in financial reporting or audit.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Communicative written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
Preferred: Experience with SAP.
Working model:
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our Poland office regularly and be available for in-person collaboration.
