JOB PURPOSE
Malaysia is entering the next phase of growth with increasing focus on Vaccines, Specialty and Oncology. To support this ambition, GSK is seeking an experienced leader to drive the company's Govt. affairs agenda, shape the healthcare environment, strengthen market access capabilities and protect GSK's reputation and license to operate.
The role will serve as a strategic member of the Malaysia Leadership Team and will be accountable for integrating Government Affairs, Market Access and Communications into a unified external engagement strategy that advances patient access, supports business growth and enhances stakeholder trust.
The successful candidate will operate as a key advisor to the General Manager and Leadership Team, influencing internal and external stakeholders to create sustainable access opportunities while navigating a rapidly evolving healthcare and policy environment.
