The Hospital Senior Account Manager supports and advances formulary access, protocol and order set readiness, discharge pathway support, and demand generation across targeted hospital accounts. This role engages Infectious Disease physicians, as well as hospitalists, pharmacists, case management teams, discharge planners, as well as key decision makers of IDNs (CMO, Pharmacy Directors, P&T Committee members) as needed, to drive sales.
The Hospital Senior Account Managers will meet and/or exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets within assigned accounts. The role will require:
Successful outcome is driving sales in a hospital setting by convincing HCPs to write a GSK product for within indication patients and securing formulary access, inclusion in protocols and discharge orders as needed.

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $165,000 to $275,000. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
