The Omnicommerce team powers Grab's offline dining business in Indonesia, building and scaling seamless tech solutions for both restaurant partners and diners. Behind key products like Grab Dineout Deals and Reservation (Chope with Grab), we bridge digital convenience with real-world dining to help millions discover, reserve, and save. Our team excels at hunger, ownership, and accountability to drive bold initiatives. As the engine of Grab's offline-to-online strategy, we directly accelerate merchant growth and shape the future of dining technology in one of our largest markets.

Get to Know the Role

As the Strategy & Planning Assistant Managerwithin the ID Omnicommerce team, you will drive overall financial governance, P&L management, forecasting, and strategic growth for the business unit. In this position, you will also oversee strategic projects and play a key role in coordination with your team both within and outside Omnicommerce to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives. This role demands a strong balance of financial acumen, operational planning, and commercial strategy to scale high-value portfolios while driving path-to-profitability initiatives. You will report to the Strategy & Planning Omnicommerce, Manager and be based onsite in Grab's Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead Budget Planning & Forecasting: execute budgeting and weekly forecasts, cascade targets into segment Sales and territory budgets, and drive actions to stay on target.
• Own Strategic Project: Lead the end-to-end operational execution of strategic project to expand merchant selection and improve margins, covering commercial setup, purchasing operations, financial processes, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Enterprise segment &Bank Partnership Strategy: Drive Omni adoption among Enterprise Mex through tailored commercial and product solutions, while scaling bank partnerships.
• Drive Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify gaps and provide actionable insights for management strategy.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Min. 3–5 years of relevant experience in the startup or technology industry.
• Solid P&L management and financial modeling experience, with a track record of improving profitability and forecast accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to translating complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience developing clear, management-ready decks and recommendations.
• SQL proficiency is required for data analysis and decision-making.
