The OmniCommerce team sits at the intersection of dining, discovery, and commerce. We power two of Grab's most consumer-loved experiences - Dine Out Deals and Restaurant Reservations - helping diners find great value at their favorite restaurants while helping restaurant partners grow their businesses through Grab's platform.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Associate to grow the operations engine behind our Dine Out Deals and Reservations businesses. You'll be the go-to person for managing operations processes, supporting merchant partnerships, and ensuring the operational workflows that connect our sales team with restaurant partners run smoothly and at scale.

You'll improve merchant onboarding, deal lifecycles, and partner performance to help sales increase revenue. Ideal for organized, multitaskers experienced at partner management.

You'll report to the Senior Manager of OmniCommerce, and work onsite at our Jakarta South Quarter Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage weekly and monthly reporting for merchant pipeline, deal activations, revenue, and retention.
• Maintain live sales dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into deal health and merchant performance.
• Detect performance anomalies early and collaborate with sales teams to resolve root causes.
• Improve deal workflows to eliminate manual effort and speed up time-to-live.
• Track sales plans and pilots, delivering data-driven go/no-go recommendations.
• Manage merchant onboarding and pipeline operations across Product, Finance, and Ops teams.
• Prepare performance packs and business reviews for merchant meetings and internal updates.
• Share applicable insights with merchant partners to help them scale revenue on the platform.
• Analyze pipeline data, campaign performance, and merchant trends to bring sales strategy.
• Evaluate deal mechanics, merchant ROI, and incentive efficiency to refine pricing strategies.
• Translate complex commercial data into clear narrative recommendations for partners.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 2+ years in sales, commercial, or business operations.
• Experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Work with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, financial modeling, scenario analysis).
• Structure to show complex problems, manage workstreams, and present insights to leadership.
• Interest in merchant dynamics, deal mechanics, and platform growth.
• Hands-on experience using tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Cursor to boost productivity.
