As a Process Excellence Program Manager within the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Strategy and Operations team, you will identify, develop and lead continuous improvement projects focused on the efficiency, speed and quality of end-to-end processes. You will approach each opportunity with an AI first mindset, leveraging a deep understanding of Google AI capabilities to drive automation and agentification wherever possible.
You will build a deep understanding of REWS business needs, and the user journeys of REWSters to develop solutions that provide a positive stakeholder experience are scalable across the organization, reduce manual workload and adhere fully to control and compliance policies and requirements.
In this role, you will require a courageous and disruptive mindset. You will be looked upon to challenge the status quo, provide insight to AI possibilities, drive stakeholder alignment around a robust AI first goal and strategy, and manage an in-direct team of Googler stakeholders and supplier partners to deliver on that strategy. Your initial project focus will be on end-to-end contracting. Beyond that improvement projects may touch on any area of governance, risk management, controls and reporting across real estate projects, transactions and workplace operations.
