As Director, Head of gTech Ads, Large Customer Sales, Central Europe, you will make customer experience a key differentiator for Google Ads by leading a large team of technical and media experts, as well as senior sales engagement leads across Central Europe supporting the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization to achieve their business and revenue goals.
In this role, you will manage the relationship with Central Europe’s LCS leadership team, represent and be accountable for all of gTech Ads services and programs. You will serve as a trusted adviser to C-level customers on their overall Ads services, including media, technical, and customer support plans. You will work closely with gTech Ads delivery hubs and other regional teams to ensure Central Europe’s LCS priorities are achieved while ensuring global consistency of operations where possible.
Additionally, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction of our LCS customers in Central Europe with gTech Ads services. You will establish an engagement team that ensures an effective two way communication between our LCS customers and gTech Ads to provide visibility on various service requests and progress thereof, and incorporate customers feedback into our operations in a structured manner.
You will evolve the organization and develop high-performing teams that have the right consultative and technical skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver custom technical and media solutions. You will help Sales Managers drive their teams to deliver on ambitious goals, and take initiative to partner with clients to exceed business growth across markets and verticals. You will communicate, train, and motivate teams, and utilize analytical approaches to sales management.
