Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, business, or channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience in supporting partners with creation of GTM offerings.
- Experience in public cloud solutions across software-as-a-service (SaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS).
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in conducting partner executive briefings.
- Experience in developing GTM offerings based on industry and regional requirements.
- Experience managing complex partnerships with Global and Regional System Integrators (SIs) across LATAM/Brazil.
- Track record of co-selling and driving cloud consumption through partner-led services and solutions.
About the job
As a Partner Development Manager, you will build and scale strategic relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators (SIs) and ecosystem partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners to build, differentiate, and bring to market high-value Google Cloud service offerings.
In this role, you will lead joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, drive pipeline generation, and accelerate cloud consumption across joint solutions. You will collaborate closely with partner executive leaders as well as Google Cloud’s engineering, business development, and sales teams to align strategies, execute campaigns, and ensure long-term customer success.

- Lead the life-cycle of GTM offering creation from business case, planning and governance, business value, solution differentiation, and business generation modeling.
- Engage with partner executive leadership (C-level/VP) to co-develop go-to-market strategies, build joint business plans, and measure success through outcomes.
- Oversee pipeline management.
- Serve as the primary Google Cloud advocate within global/regional system integrators (SIs), driving enablement, solution differentiation, and co-selling alignment across sales teams.
