Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product adoption goals through disciplined pipeline management, targeted upsell initiatives, and data-driven scaling strategies.
- Manage a high-value portfolio of complex accounts, utilizing deep-dive analysis to identify upsell and growth drivers, mitigate risks, and execute multi-quarter plans jointly with in-country partners. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to align with marketing discussions and budgets.
- Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and the continuous identification of high-impact cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Partner with fellow team members and a set of cross-functional partners to drive commercial opportunities and upsell strategies that build long-term growth.
- Cultivate influential relationships internally and externally to foster long-term loyalty, increase account expansion, and ensure partnership stability.
