Regional Product Lead, Display and Video Specialist (English, Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working in and with Japanese market.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to communicate with Japanese speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology. Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

- Partner closely with Google Customer Solutions (GCS)
scaled team and customers to deliver on key metrics to reach target and strategic goals for Asia-Pacific (APAC). - Define and drive product initiatives and achieve goals that deliver meaningful impact to GCS scaled advertisers, users and Google’s growth.
- Manage and define the solutions roadmap for the market, and partner with sales teams to enable them to co-achieve in-market growth objectives. Help shape the video product roadmap by advocating and sharing customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to reflect the needs of GCS customers.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to GCS Scaled leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders, including sales members, product teams, marketing teams etc.
- Educate GCS scaled sellers, and clients at scale in collaboration with our frontline teams.
