Customer Onboarding Strategist, Australia and New Zealand Market (English)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting, and with managing clients in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with proactively reaching out to customers/cold calling; enjoy helping customers to add value to their business.
- 3 years of experience working with advertisers and media agencies in Australia.
- Experience collaborating and working effectively with companies in the Australian market.
- Proven ability to overcome market-specific challenges related to client contactability and product sales within the Australia and New Zealand region.

Responsibilities
- Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
- Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
