At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
As a Strategic Partner Manager of Scaled Partnerships for YouTube, you will have the opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with our partners, to renew existing partnerships, and to enhance potential opportunities. You will cultivate these existing partnerships to make sure they can leverage YouTube's evolving suite of offerings. You will participate in content strategy planning, facilitate ongoing business and operational processes, help manage the operational components of strategic partner campaigns, identify and deliver business growth opportunities and obtain approvals and terms for various partner-related opportunities.
You will be negotiating content-licensing agreements with partners as you are working cross-functionally with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure our partners are positioned for success and our users enjoy the best experience possible. You should also expect to initiate and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting, content management and Content ID, and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on partner performance.
