Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, consultative sales, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, account management, and achieving quotas to drive business growth.
- Ability to assess and solve client needs through effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail and working on their own and with others.
- Ability to use investigative skills to leverage data to uncover insights to support proposals and analyze impact.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with peers, management, cross-functional teams and clients.

- Manage a portfolio of medium size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks, and creating plans to achieve goals.
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business generation and product growth goals.
- Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and conduct regular phone consultations and business pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on their Google Ads investment.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
