- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in the gaming/apps business, media, business development, marketing, or consultative sales.
- Experience and success in strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts, through a consultative approach.
- Knowledge of Google advertising products across Apps, Video, Display, and Search.
- Ability to use creative approaches to develop solutions through data.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, influencing, and presentation skills.

As an Industry Manager, you will be an architect of strategic growth, forging trusted alliances with C-level stakeholders to align on ambitious business goals. You will harness the power of generative AI and predictive analytics to navigate profound industry shifts, winning with unique value and maximizing impact to prove the long-term success of the partners.
In this role, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to Vietnam's leading gaming and app developers, helping them scale and succeed on the global stage. You will manage and deepen executive-level relationships, shaping how Google supports this high-growth ecosystem globally.
Your core mission is to drive business growth for the clients by leveraging Google’s App Campaigns, App Ecosystem, and unlocking innovative cross-product opportunities to deliver exceptional, measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
- Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
- Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business sales targets.
- Clearly demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
- Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
