Apply Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, marketing, digital industry or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
- Experience building a book of business within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external executive-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
- Experience managing business teams.
- Experience in digital media.
- Ability to own business team operations, including portfolio management, team building, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measurement and execution.
- Ability to communicate in English and one or more of the Baltics languages (Lithuanian, Estonian, Latvian) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team to use their business skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver solutions that grow their businesses. You will own relationships and partner directly with clients to deliver sustainable solutions. You will also work with the Sales Leadership team to set objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You will accelerate business growth and think strategically about the business segment while working cross-functionally with partner teams. You will proactively think outside the box and be an advocate for customers to help shape the engagement and program design.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Ireland: €132000 - €136000 (EUR) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing sales team.
- Deliver against ambitious business and product goals, and grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
- Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.
- Model and coach business behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
- Ensure team readiness to deliver advertising solutions and create a culture of business innovation and advertiser success on the team.
