We are looking for a Tech Lead Manager to help design and build this next-generation data processing infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage and extend Google’s advanced back-end technologies to build highly scalable, cost-effective systems that unlock new capabilities for millions of users.

Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Act as a Tech Lead Manager (TLM) for a sub-team of approximately 6 software engineers, managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Shape the long-term technical goal and architectural strategy for our core data processing stack, with the flexibility to drive both infrastructure and product-focused initiatives.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Program Management, and Privacy working groups—to translate complex requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
- Design, develop, and evolve our high-scale, foundational data processing infrastructure to support next-generation features.
