- Deep product expertise in Google Ads and excellence over digital marketing.
- Ability to identify and prioritize strategic or tactical business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead a Central team of high performing digital marketing strategists who work collaboratively with Americas Mid-Market Sales teams.
- Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments at the market/business-model level.
- Coach your team to support and help advertisers maximize opportunities, improve performance and enhance Return on Investment (ROI) across lead generation, e-commerce and multi-channel businesses.
- Mobilize and enable your team to problem solve for customer’s lifetime value by fulfilling business/marketing objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Program Management teams to enable Google’s go-to-market strategy for ads solutions across the mid-market segment of customers.
