Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to serve Urdu-speaking customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working within emerging markets, with a particular focus on the Fintech sector.
- Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing, and in-depth knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including customer and agency levels.
- Ability to operate in a changing, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
- Ability to identify solutions and insights from data and take an entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent project management, organization, and investigative skills.

Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
