The GTM Practice organization is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. This organization is responsible for setting strategy with an understanding of product and the market and activating the field against the addressable market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate and enable the Go-To-Market organization to deliver on the financial plan.
As a Strategic Initiatives Lead within the GTM Practice team, you will lead programmatic transformations and drive ongoing initiatives across our key practice domains. This position is embedded in the execution engine of our GTM Practice, where you will think "strategy-first," translating commercial needs into programmatic realities that directly impact our field teams, partners, and customers.
Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and delivery of critical business-scaling motions like Cross-Practice Strategy, Cross-Sell, Enterprise Segment Strategy, and Renewals Transformation. You will act as the crucial connective tissue across global practice, regional field, and operational teams, ensuring that cross-practice frameworks are effectively operationalized, continuously optimized, and seamlessly aligned to drive active customer usage and value realization.
