Partner Solutions Engineer, Machine Learning and Digitization Operations

- Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with hardware systems in a laboratory or industrial setting (e.g., robotics, motor controllers, etc.).
- Experience with photography or imaging equipment.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will build and maintain custom software and hardware solutions used for digitization of various materials, automate and develop tools used by the operations team, and provide in-depth analysis and insight into technical issues and opportunities. You will be directly involved in a number of key product launches for Google.
This job entails working with various operations and engineering teams around the globe to design new tools, automate data analysis, create dashboards, optimize processes, and use the latest of Google's internal technologies to build needed business intelligence. You will bring a mix of technical expertise and motivation to innovate our processes. You will work closely with other support and software engineers and operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Maintain existing tools and hardware infrastructure to support and advance efficiencies and offerings for the operations team to meet partner and customer needs.
- Implement, test and launch internal tools for gTech Digitization Services.
- Work within and improve internal databases, reports, and tools to support operations.
- Analyze work processes to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with a global team of Support Engineers, software developers and operations staff to support a wide range of projects, programs and technologies.
