The EMEA Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) team partners with senior sales executives and global leadership to drive double-digit growth and increased productivity for Google Customer Solutions (GCS). Managing a multi-billion dollar mid-market business across a 1700-person sales team, we build and guide the strategic focus areas of the EMEA GCS Sales team. We collaborate across functions to set sales strategies, devise scaled operations, and lead go-to-market execution. Working with sales leadership and EMEA RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that deliver tangible impact for our teams and customers.
As the Head of Business Operations EMEA, you will be responsible for shaping, defining, and transforming the EMEA GCS growth agenda. You will achieve this through operations, advising leadership on crucial strategic tradeoffs regarding planning, headcount, and key investment choices. Your primary focus is to drive excellence in EMEA-wide business execution and processes to grow sales revenues, improve organizational health, and deliver on critical cross-channel projects, including shopping, ad policy, and regulatory topics.
You will crunch the numbers, partner with senior stakeholders to navigate strategic issues, and communicate effectively with global teams to drive significant change initiatives. Thanks to your efforts, GCS will design future-proofed sales programs and tools fitting the exact needs of EMEA customers.
Your stakeholders include the regional VP of GCS Sales, EMEA sales leadership, and global GTM leaders. You will own end-to-end planning, people management, organization design, and executive communication to enable regional sales success.
