SMB Account Manager, Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in a sales role in a technology and cloud computing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with a tiered channel and partners as well as directly with customers, owning the full business-cycle.
- Experience with technology sales, focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS working with SMB and Mid-Market customers.
- Experience in promoting Google Workspace or productivity tools in EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
- Work with business partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
- Identify opportunities to advocate for other parts of the Google product and services portfolio.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
