GEICO is seeking a Senior Director, Associate General Counsel to lead its commercial contracting function. This role reports to the leader of the Legal Operations and Commercial Law Division and serves as a strategic partner to business, product, technology, and procurement leadership. The Senior Director will oversee a large, high-performing team of attorneys and contracting professionals supporting enterprise-wide transactions, while shaping contracting strategy, enabling complex deals, and advancing a modern, scalable legal operating model. This role will also play a key part in advancing ongoing contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation and refining a contracting framework that has already undergone significant transformation.

Annual Salary
$210,000.00 - $350,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
