Responsibilities:
Work on daily task that involve multiple external stakeholders, such as vendors and internal stakeholders
Support Procurement team to perform request for quotations and purchase order placement, as well as, follow up with vendors delivery.
Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in English is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Power BI.
