Lead a Global team of Digital Technology ERP process managers/owners to focus on growing the team both from process and technical knowledge following the GE Vernova principles.
Build strong partnerships with our Services Business functional stakeholders; Process Excellence teams, collaborate with business, functional partners and technology leadership to define strategic and tactical roadmap of ERP Digital Capabilities.
Responsible for driving scope, practices, and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes. Develop Target process model & solution Design for business functions to provide productivity and drive alignment across all affected functional stakeholders applying lean methodology and emerging technologies (AI).
Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.
Establish program governance standards, steering committee frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency and accountability.
Manage risk and dependencies between organizations. Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders as well as Data Lake reporting and Finance ecosystems. Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
Act as the subject matter expert for Services processes and supporting applications functionality. Gather Requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways.
Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
