The Material Fulfillment Planner is responsible for timely and accurate allocation of new material to manufacturing work orders, ensuring proper stocking of on-site warehouse, and work with Planning & Fulfillment global teams to manage delivery timelines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for part availability within the shop, responsible for daily management, issue escalation, and execution oversight.
- Resolve conflicting project demands by applying sound judgment to reallocate parts based on urgency, customer impact, and contractual obligations.
- Make strategic allocation decisions by collaborating with Planning & Fulfillment and Shop Materials team and balancing competing demands in constrained supply environments to optimize fulfillment outcomes.
- Identify, propose, and lead process improvement initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and inventory health, while reducing operational risks and systemic defects.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle order and inventory management systems; independently diagnose system issues, provide training, and contribute to cross-functional IT upgrade initiatives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to support allocation, cost, and inventory decisions, weighing trade-offs to deliver optimal business and customer outcomes.
- Identify and lead new initiatives to enhance material availability, process visibility, and customer responsiveness
- Independently manage demand accuracy and part readiness across frozen and slushy planning horizons, ensuring manufacturing alignment and customer delivery.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of accurate part tracking in executive dashboards and visual management systems; ensure real-time updates are provided for critical customer requirements.
- Maintain a business perspective to identify systemic delivery risks; take ownership of cross-functional resolution efforts with a focus on root cause and long-term improvement.
- Drive demand management strategy to ensure order and WIP integrity, using experience and discretion to adjust for supply fluctuations and customer-driven changes.
- Apply expert judgment in evaluating obsolescence and part supersession scenarios; proactively identify and recommend viable alternates when prime parts are unavailable to avoid delays.
- Exercise autonomy in driving internal execution across sourcing, logistics, receiving, warehouse, and shipping functions, ensuring accountability and responsiveness in support of complex customer needs.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration with 2+ years of manufacturing experience in Shop Operations, Materials, or Warehousing
OR
- High School Diploma/ GED and 4+ years of manufacturing experience in Shop Operations, Materials, or Warehousing
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Proven Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Planning experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across the organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage information flow and create comprehensive output
- Ability to make decisions in a complex environment of conflicting priorities with problem solving and collaboration
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Proactive problem-solving capability
Desired Characteristics:
- Lean and/or continuous improvement mindset, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to use data to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes
- Experience working with Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines/Aviation engine and module configurations
- Knowledge of or proficiency in Tableau and ARMS
- Previous direct Manufacturing or Warehousing Experience

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400.00 and $152,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
