Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Projects: Drive application projects for our global partner units, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Act as Technical Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries from partners and customers regarding drive technology.
• Collaborate across Boundaries: Provide expert technical support to cross-functional departments and global production sites.
• Validate Innovation: Organize and oversee the testing and validation of new drive functions and design adaptations to ensure peak performance.
• Drive Development: Partner with our global teams to innovate and refine new development projects.

Your Qualifications

• Required: A technical apprenticeship combined with a degree (Bachelor’s or Technician/HF) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Required: Proven experience in project management.
• Required: Proficiency in both German and English.
• Required: Strong digital literacy, including experience with MS Office and SAP.
• Preferred: Experience with Gas Insulated Substations (GIS) or similar high-voltage switchgear.
