Collaborate with Application Engineering, Product Engineering, and Product Leadership to co-develop technology roadmaps and maintain competitive positioning in the energy storage market.
Own controls, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) engineering processes, driving lean, repeatable operations within the Energy Storage Center of Excellence (COE) while identifying opportunities to share and align processes across other product COEs.

Significant experience in control systems engineering, with a background in energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including responsibility for people development, process ownership, and delivery accountability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics
Experience with utility-scale energy storage projects.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices for industrial control systems.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and grid codes relevant to energy storage, including IEEE 2800, IEEE 1547, and UL 9540.
Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and EGD (Ethernet Global Data).
Demonstrated ability to build team commitment and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
