Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the transformer monitoring systems business across Brazil;
Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities with utilities, industrial customers, EPCs, and OEMs;
Manage and expand channel partners and distributors, including onboarding, enablement, and performance management;
Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through negotiation, contract closure, and order booking;
Collaborate with regional and global teams (engineering, product, marketing, and services) to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
Solid experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within power systems, grid automation, or asset monitoring;
Proven track record in new market development and channel/distributor management;
Strong knowledge of the Brazilian power and utilities market;
Fluent in Portuguese and English, with availability to travel extensively within Brazil (over 50%), valid driver’s license (Category B), and preferably based in the state of São Paulo.
