What you’ll do:
Act as the technical owner for vendor-supplied spare parts across Heavy-Duty technologies.
Lead, coach, and support a team of configuration management engineers and contractors.
Plan daily operations, prioritize requests, and balance team workload.
Monitor team performance, delivery quality, and key metrics.
Serve as the main contact for questions, escalations, and priorities related to vendor-supplied spare parts.
Oversee request intake and validation so customer and business needs are understood before work starts.
Ensure deliverables are reviewed for quality, completeness, and consistency before release.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve standard work, training material, and team knowledge assets.
Work with technical leaders to shape the configuration management strategy, which means keeping product and spare parts information accurate, structured, and aligned across teams.
Collaborate with Contract Performance Managers, Parts Sales Managers, Field Services, Design Engineering, Sourcing, and other partners to deliver customer outcomes with speed and quality.
Lead with accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset, reflecting the GE Vernova Way in daily work.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant experience working with technical product data, engineering documentation, bills of material, spare parts, configuration management, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, or a closely related technical field.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand bill of materials structures
Experience using product lifecycle management and enterprise resource planning systems, such as PLM Enovia, Teamcenter, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement.
Professional proficiency in English.
