• 具有一定程度的判断能力，并能够在有指导的条件下，在设置参数之外提出不同的解决方案。利用先前的经验和在职培训来解决简单的任务。拥有解决问题所需的技术技能和分析思维。可以使用自己团队以外的多个内部资源来做出决定。
• 此级别的职位很可能是具有公认的人际交往能力的个人贡献者，或是可以雇用和培养人才的早期领导者。为新团队成员提供非正式指导。
• 作为生产工艺负责人，复杂新产品的导入，并保证生产线对于工艺的执行；
• 能够及时响应并处理生产线的异常和故障，保证生产线平准稳定运行和产出；
• 具备一定的精益LEAN或工业工程IE的知识和实践能力，能够通过精益改善消除浪费，通过工装设计降低工艺难度，确保稳定提升生产效率。
   

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有较丰富的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）
• 可以英语作为工作语言进行工作。
