Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle for medical product, from design and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support for the installed base.
* Collaborate closely with product / program managers, engineers, and external partners to define service requirements, specifications, and architecture.
* Develop and implement service strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of integrated systems.
* Oversee the service process validation of components and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and performance benchmarks.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of working experience in engineering/service/system, preferably within the healthcare industry.
* Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, architectures and advancements in service engineering concepts and technologies
* Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, and drive solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
