Coach team members and support their professional and technical development.
Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of four years of professional experience, including experience in software development and a solid understanding of software-engineering practices.
Demonstrated people-management, project-leadership, or technical-leadership experience.
Technical breadth and curiosity, with the ability to engage specialists and make sound judgments outside your primary area of expertise.
Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.
A leadership style combining clear direction, trust, curiosity, and respect for specialist expertise.
Experience in one or more relevant areas, such as image processing, visualization, data engineering, data science, AI, or UX/UI.
Experience developing complex products in a multidisciplinary environment.
Experience from medical technology, healthcare software, or another regulated industry.
Sound judgment when balancing resources, time, technical risk, quality, and product value.
An ability to deliver results across multiple priorities.
