Job Description

角色与职责

• 1. 临床营销方案区域落地

• 承接总部产品市场团队制定的临床营销策略及市场推广方案，结合区域市场特点制定落地计划并推动执行；
• 根据区域业务目标及市场需求，策划并实施各类市场活动，提升品牌影响力及客户覆盖率；
• 监控市场活动效果，持续优化区域市场投入产出效率。

• 2. 支持跨省的区域活动策划及落地

• 策划并组织跨省区域学术会议、培训项目及临床交流活动；
• 搭建区域学术生态和临床价值传播平台，推动先进临床理念及超声解决方案推广；
• 深度维护区域KOL网络，促进学术影响力持续提升。

• 3. 区域临床客户与KOL维护运营

• 支持区域销售负责人（RGM）建立体系化客户管理机制；
• 深入理解临床需求及市场变化趋势，挖掘潜在市场机会；
• 收集并反馈市场信息、客户声音及竞争动态，为产品及市场策略优化提供依据。

• 4. 跨部门协同与业务支持

• 与产品经理、销售、应用等团队保持密切协作，推动市场项目高质量执行；
• 支持区域重点客户及战略项目，促进市场线索转化及业务增长；
• 推动最佳实践沉淀与经验分享，提升区域市场运营效率。

基本资格

• 具备区域市场活动策划及项目管理经验。
• 具有超声、影像设备、临床推广或学术营销经验者优先。
• 可接受区域内短途出差，具备独立策划、落地线下学术活动实操经验。
