Essential Responsibilities:
Lean how to work on CAD models and drawings
Perform structural and fracture mechanics analyses in support of MRB, DR dispositions, producibility and cost-out projects
Support manufacturing shop to improve producibility of components for which he has design responsibility
Proactively support and contribute to the coordination of activities with other Company departments (Program management, Sourcing, Quality and Global Supply Chain)
Learn how to interface with Customers and Suppliers in order to implement product improvements (e.g. concurrent design, cost-out activities)
Communicate with the team to improve collaboration and eliminate waste. Share information and promote open dialogue.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical/Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Passion for technical excellence and technology advancement
Self-directed and motivated
Open mindset and strong team player
Clear thinking and diligent approach
Fluent English and Italian
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required

Experience with CAD/CAE tools
Good knowledge of Turbine Modules and components
