We are a world-leading provider of jet engines, components, and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft. We have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will manage day-to-day program execution to support entry-into-service deliverables, coordinate engine and component repairs, and ensure consumables replenishment and material readiness. You will work closely with the PAF to evaluate material and repair needs, sustainment activities, and reliability—enabling a transition to a comprehensive TrueChoice Defense solution and supporting future services growth in the region.
You will also develop and deploy standard work and robust processes that meet both customer and business needs. You will coordinate across customer and GE teams to resolve complex issues, drive long-term readiness planning, lead contract renewals, and identify growth opportunities aligned to the global TrueChoice Defense strategy. This position is critical to helping customers meet mission readiness and availability objectives. You will also support other countries in SEA as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Contract execution: Own delivery of contract requirements and KPIs in the Philippines; expand scope to additional South-East Asia contracts as needed.
Program governance: Lead recurring customer program reviews (status, program management, technical) communicating fleet readiness, risks, and mitigation plans.
Cross-functional integration: Coordinate execution across GE teams (CPM, FSRs/FSE, Repair Engineering, Materials/CAM, Sales, Services) and external partners to meet Readiness and SQDC targets.
MRO performance: Manage MRO relationships and performance, including evaluations, repair proposals, and repair status reviews to drive on-time delivery.
Proposal development: Prepare and deliver engine and component repair proposals, consolidating technical, commercial, and schedule inputs from MROs and internal teams.
Materials and provisioning: Lead forecasting and provisioning planning with the customer and internal materials team to support demand planning and upcoming shop visits.
Turnaround time improvement: Drive TAT improvements by integrating forecasts, part demand, shipments, inventory, and MRO execution; resolve constraints and optimize material flow.
Reporting and transparency: Maintain clear reporting on engine and inventory status, KPIs, and contract deliverables (including CDRLs) to ensure accountability.
Renewals and growth: Lead renewal and commercial activities (CRM opportunity management, cost build-ups, pricing, proposal development) within guidelines; support regional TrueChoice Defense growth campaigns.
Additional duties: Perform additional duties as requested to support regional needs.
