Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts, providing expert guidance on product selection, formulation support, and application troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve customers’ technical challenges, including color inconsistencies, anti-sticking issues, and coating performance across confectionery categories.
• Work, train and collaborate with the North American salesforce to strengthen their technical capabilities.
• Work with CAPOL R&D teams to translate customer requirements into product prototypes and develop end applications.
• Conduct trials, testing, and validation work to support product launches and troubleshooting internally at CAPOL and on-site at customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, or related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in confectionery manufacturing
• 5+ years of experience in food and confectionery formulation
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work with CRM
