Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, conduct and follow up operational excellence events

Track and report results supporting VPS Manager

Communicate VPS related information

Suggest continually improve training materials and techniques

Delivery information to VPS Manager for monthly KPI report related by VPS

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineer or related
• At least 3 years experience in similar position
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools
• Automotive industry experience is required
• English intermediate desirable
