Responsibilities:
Strengthening our product-focused research and innovation team Responsible for execution of research projects.
Supports development of early phase concepts as well as the practical implementation of these concepts.
Processes project inquiries as part of initial contacts with potential customers.
Works in cross-functional interdisciplinary resource teams from other functional areas and supports ongoing projects.
Maintains documentation in accordance with regulations, procedures, customer requirements and notified body requirements.
Ensure that topics in the area of responsibility are processed in a quality and timely manner.
Ensures compliance with company policies, safety/ergonomics standards and good housekeeping practices.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed scientific or technical studies (master's degree or PhD)
Experience in development in the life sciences sector (preferably chemical, pharmaceutical or medical development)
Scientific work and product development
Planning, carrying out and evaluating experiments
Research and development in the field of medical devices (drug delivery)
Practical laboratory experience
Research and development and its documentation
Chemical, preparative work
Coatings and coating processes (preferred for medical applications)
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment, initiative and willingness to perform
Project management skills
Basic knowledge of regulations and laws in the area of medical devices
Very good knowledge of German and English
